Refined Technologies is a Delaware Corporation, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas and operated under Biblical principles. As an employer, we treat all of our employees with respect, and value each person's skills and talents. As a supplier, we operate with integrity.
We employ a staff of operations management personnel that are intimately familiar with petroleum refining processes and equipment. On a daily basis, our operations managers work with refinery operations personnel, turnaround professionals, maintenance personnel and process engineers to plan and carry out preparation work for unit turnarounds and strategies to improve operating efficiencies. Our operations personnel must be comfortable working in the refinery, but must also be ready and able to support sales personnel in customer presentations.
Successful operations management personnel with Refined Technologies will have the following minimal prerequisites:
Our operations management professionals must have an interest in helping others, work well as a team member, enjoy developing relationships and meeting new people, and be at home in the refinery.
We are seeking to add to our staff of professionals in areas that are close to our customers (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois, Louisiana, Texas, California and elsewhere). |
